Pat Mitchell joined Street Real Estate as their General Manager just over 4 years ago .Having worked as a Development Manager with the Kingston Group of companies; he had experience in the development of a number of significant sites around Newcastle.
His responsibilities four years ago were to control the overall administration of Street Real Estate, set new performance targets, monitor/control human resources and cost and credit control measures.
During this period Street Real Estate increased their market share by purchasing two property management portfolios, Kingston Property Management and Blackbutt Real Estate. Combined, these two property management portfolios now contain over 850 managed properties.
Pat’s background is in Commercial and Industrial sales and leasing but his strengths are also in residential subdivisions, marketing, financial and investment planning and he has exceptional sales skills. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Auctioneer. He is a development site specialist and feasibilities are just one aspect that Pat has complete confidence in completing on any potential development site.
Pat has recently been appointed a Director to Commercial Street, which is a company designed to sell, lease and manage commercial, industrial properties in Newcastle and The Hunter.

Courtney Street has 13 years experience in the real estate industry. Upon his graduation from the University of Western Sydney, he embarked on his career with Street Real Estate in the Property Management division, where he was responsible for 160 properties.
During this time, Courtney became a licensed real estate agent, and commenced his career in sales. He currently promotes a wide variety of property, including land sub divisions and residential sales.
Courtney is the current President of Cooks Hill Surf Lifesaving Club, and enjoys many outdoor pursuits, including surf patrols and competitive rowing. When he's not selling real estate or at the beach, he relaxes with a game of golf.

As licensee in charge at Hazelton Street Real Estate Whitebridge, Geoff has 27 years experience servicing the East Lake Macquarie area, specialising in Dudley and Whitebridge.
Geoff has been a personal friend of Andrew Walker's for over 20 years. In 2000, Geoff sold the family business, Ken Hazelton Real Estate, to Andrew in order to have the strength of a larger practice.
Prior to his real estate career, Geoff was a dairy farmer, and still keeps a horse locally in Dudley. Geoff grew up and still lives in Dudley, where in his younger years he played both junior and senior football for Dudley Rugby League and is now the President for the Senior Rugby League Football Club.
