Rebecca has been my Property Manager on two occasions. Both times she proved herself worthy not just to me as the tenant but more importantly, to the customer, the landlord. She has always proven to be friendly, courteous and efficient, when doing inspections and accessing what needs to be fixed. Landlords need this as they place a lot of trust in their Property Manager to ascertain what needs to be done, or am I, the tenant, just having a gripe. When something needs attention Rebecca must get straight on to the landlord, expressing its consequences, but also the advantages to invest the money as I have always had very quick repairs.
